Beaches

Calabria due to its location is surrounded by three seas, the Mediterranean Sea, the Tirreno Sea and the Ionian Sea; this means that like no other Italian region, Calabria offers many different types of beaches.   From the crystal clear white and red sandy beaches to the more rough and circular stone ones.   From the most popular to the most hidden beach for those looking for a more private place, so there is bound to be something for everyone!

As other Mediterranean countries temperatures in Calabria can reach 40˚C in the peak of summer another good reason to enjoy a relaxing and fresh swim in its crystal clear waters.
