197450365_c8bd0625a2Becasue Calabrean food is different from the rest of the Italian regions due to its source of regional herbs, olives, vegetables, fruits and of course the chilli, you will be able to find these different tastes in all our products.   All the ingredientes are naturally grown, herbs are handpicked from the surrounding mountains, the chilli used are only grown in the region, the olive oil used is naturally produced from our own types of olives making it unique, our porcini and mushrooms are handpicked from the Sila mountain, vegetables and fruits are locally grown, so overall, everything used in our products comes from the land, sea, and animals grown in the region!

 


Sugo di Porcini (Porcini Pasta Sauce)

Made with porcini mushroom handpicked from the Sila Mountain in the Region of Calabria, extra virgin olive oil, traditional fresh herbs and plum tomatoes.  

This sauce is fantastic with any type of pasta topped with a little bit of parmeggiano or pecorino cheese to give the true Italian taste.

Cuori di Carciofini alla Brace (Roasted Artichoke hearts)

Hand roasted artichoke hearts hand picked from the mountain in the region, they are ideal to eat as antipasto together with other antipasto vegetables, cheeses or cured hams.   This products containes extra virgin olive oil which makes it of an outstanding quality compared with similar products in the market that only contain vegetable oil.
